I work night shifts

Description of the problem

Night shifts affect over 10% of the population in Europe. This sometimes creates disturbances that are nowadays considered to be real disorders. The consequences of night shift work for health are as varied as they are serious: problems with sleeping, difficulties in social life, loss of concentration, reduced wakefulness (sometimes causing accidents), other more serious disorders in the long term, etc.

What can I expect from Luminette ?

If you work more than three consecutive night shifts and find it difficult to stay awake at your workplace and/or on your way home, use of the Luminette at the right time will allow you to feel more alert during your work. If you combine use of the Luminette with the use of glasses that filter blue light during your return home, you should sleep better and longer.

When should I use Luminette ?

We advise you to use Luminette just before you start work. If you feel drowsy, we recommend a second session during the night.
