Blue-enriched white light: Helps boost energy, improve alertness, and fight the winter blues. 

Blue light: Provides similar light therapy benefits with less perceived glare. 

Amber light: Creates a relaxing evening atmosphere while minimizing interference with your natural melatonin production.

Light therapy sessions last 20, 30, 45, or 60 minutes, depending on the selected brightness level. The built-in timer automatically adjusts the session duration. For best results, use Compact consistently, preferably in the morning.

Position Compact approximately 30–40 cm from your face, with the light directed toward your eyes. There's no need to stare directly at the lamp. You can continue working, reading, or enjoying breakfast during your session.

Absolutely! Compact features a dedicated amber light mode designed for evening use. With minimal blue light, it helps preserve your natural melatonin production, making it ideal for reading, relaxing, or winding down before bedtime. The amber light automatically switches off after 2 hours.

Compact provides approximately 5 to 10 light therapy sessions per charge, depending on the selected brightness level. A full recharge takes approximately 2.5 hours via USB-C.
