Returns and refunds
We strive to ensure that our users maintain a positive experience with us, even in the event of a return. To achieve this, we've streamlined our return process to be as seamless as possible. Here's what our return process entails:
1. Announce the return
In order to proceed with the return of your purchase, please announce your return on our return portal. The portal allows you to generate a prepaid return label as well as a return slip to include in the box.
In order to be refunded for your purchase, you must inform us of your wish to return the Luminette within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. To do so, simply fill in the return form accessible on this link
2. Prepare the parcel
Place the Luminette and its accessories in their original packaging. Place everything in a secure shipping box (the original box or another box, such as a shoebox) and include the return slip. Tape the box shut tightly. Stick the prepaid return label to the front of the box.

3. Return the item
Drop off the parcel at your nearest post office. As the label is already pre-paid, you won't have to pay anything at the post office. However, please note that $8 will be kept from the refunded amount to allow us to cover the cost of the label.

4. We receive your parcel
Provided the unit is undamaged, we will refund your credit card within 3 days of receiving your return. Please note that the credited amount may take a few days to appear on your statement.
