Retouren en terugbetalingen
Nous mettons un point d'honneur à ce que nos utilisateurs conservent une expérience positive avec nous, même en cas de retour. Pour y parvenir, nous avons simplifié notre processus de retour pour le rendre aussi fluide que possible. Voici en quoi consiste notre processus de retour :
1. De terugkeer aankondigen
Om uw aankoop te retourneren, meldt u uw retourzending op ons retourportaal . Via het portaal kunt u een vooraf betaald retourlabel en een retourbon genereren om in de doos te stoppen.
In order to be refunded for your purchase, you must inform us of your wish to return the Luminette within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. To do so, simply fill in the return form accessible on this link
2. Het pakket voorbereiden
Plaats de doos van de Luminette in de originele verzenddoos of in een andere verpakking. Het is aan te raden om het in stap 1 genoemde retourformulier uit te printen en in de doos te doen, zodat we de retourzending gemakkelijk kunnen identificeren. Als je geen printer hebt, zorg er dan voor dat je naam op het verzendlabel staat.
Place the Luminette and its accessories in their original packaging. Place everything in a secure shipping box (the original box or another box, such as a shoebox) and include the return slip. Tape the box shut tightly. Stick the prepaid return label to the front of the box.
3. Retournez le colis
Lever je pakket in bij een postkantoor en stuur het terug naar het volgende adres (portokosten zijn voor jouw rekening). We raden je aan om het bewijs van afgifte te bewaren.

4. We ontvangen je pakket
Je krijgt je geld terug! Zolang het apparaat niet beschadigd is, krijg je je geld terug binnen 10 werkdagen na ontvangst van het pakket. Je ontvangt een bevestigingsmail zodra de terugbetaling heeft plaatsgevonden.
Provided the unit is undamaged, we will refund your credit card within 3 days of receiving your return. Please note that the credited amount may take a few days to appear on your statement.
