How to use Luminette ?

Luminette is very easy to use. In most cases, you should use it in the morning for 20-30 minutes per day depending on the light intensity you choose. Please follow the steps below before the first use.

Charge the device for 5 hours before first use

Insert the micro-USB cable into the appropriate outlet. When holding the Luminette in your hands, the outlet is on the left. Insert the cable so that the charging image is visible.

Remove the blue protective film covering the hologram

Be careful not to damage the hologram when you do this.

Turn on your Luminette

Just press the on/off button once

Properly position your Luminette

To do this, you can use a mirror to verify that the blue light is properly entering your eyes

Select the intensity desired

Using the on/off button, press several times to select the intensity of your choice.

There are three settings

  • 500 lux: 60 minutes of use
  • 1000 lux: 30 minutes of use
  • 1500 lux: 20 minutes of use

The Luminette will blink 3 times and automatically shut down

meaning that the session is finished. It will stay lit so you can extend your session by a few minutes if desired.

Turn off the device

by holding the on/off button for 3 seconds. Repeat all these steps the next day.
