Announce the return
In order to be refunded for your purchase, you must inform us of your wish to return the Luminette within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. To do so, simply fill in the return form accessible on this link
Prepare the parcel
Place the box of the Luminette in the original shipping carton or in any other packing case. It is recommended to print the return form mentioned in step 1 and insert it in the box so we can easily identify the return. If you don’t have a printer, make sure that your name is displayed on the shipping label.
Return the item
Drop your package at a post office and send it back to the following address (postage is at your expense). We advise you to keep the proof of deposit.
We receive your parcel.
You are refunded! As long as the device is not damaged, you are refunded within 10 working days from receipt of the package. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been made.
