What you need to know...

If you have a problem with your Luminette, please read and follow these instructions

    Make sure the device is charged.

    Check whether your Luminette is still under guarantee. The guarantee is valid if the fault occurs within 2 years after your purchase and if it is a fault linked to normal use of the device.

    Contact us via one of the following methods:

    Please describe the issue in detail and attach a short video showing the problem. The video should include the following steps:

    1. Charging: show the cable connected to the Luminette and the charger plugged into the socket
    2. Unplug the charging cable from the Luminette
    3. Press the power button

    If nothing happens, then your product is indeed faulty. If the warranty is still valid, we will send you a replacement device.

    After diagnosing the problem and eliminating “false problems”, you will be asked to send your defective model back to us by post or any other means of transport you may choose. Please include in your parcel your receipt (if appropriate) and a document giving your contact details, outlining the problem and giving a delivery address.

    On receipt of your Luminette we will analyse the problem.

If you bought your Luminette more than 2 years ago and/or the fault is due to an abnormal use of the device ?

No problem! The repair will cost € 35.00 including VAT (including return delivery). If the device cannot be repaired, you will be given a price reduction for the purchase of your new Luminette.
